WARRANTY POLICY

Blue Ox stands behind its products. Blue Ox will replace your stick if fails during normal play due to a manufacturer’s defect within six months from the original date of purchase. There is limit of one replacement per purchase.

High performance broomball sticks, just like hockey and lacrosse sticks, are not warranted to be indestructible—if they were, they wouldn’t perform as well. Broomball sticks, especially the lightest shafts, can be broken or bent during play. Expect a hard slash or goal post strike to damage your stick. Our warranty guarantees replacement of sticks that fail due to manufacturer’s defects, which are very rare. All costs of shipping damaged sticks to Blue Ox are the responsibility of the customer.

There is no warranty on shoes, balls, or heads that have been mounted on non-Blue Ox shafts.
